Stars Hotel & Swedish Village is a Resort in the city of Shaqlawa which is considered to be among one of the most famous cities in Iraq and is attributed as being one of the most beautiful destinations in the Kurdistan region. It is well known for its stunning mountain ranges, forests and waterfalls, as well as its mild summer temperatures and sparkling winter snow falls.

The Resort

The Resort includes the Stars Hotel and the Swedish Village is overlooking the area’s gorgeous mountainous range, including the famous Safeen Mountain, all draped within the city’s lush forest backdrops surrounded by beautiful landscapes and gardens.

The Stars Hotel consists of 23 luxury and spacious Rooms, and 10 luxury Family rooms.

The Swedish Village consists of 30 individual and spacious Swedish Cabins.

The Resort also includes a Conference & Event Centre, Restaurant, Bar, Fitness & SPA Centre including a large swimming pool.
