What we collect
When you send a booking request or an event enquiry, we receive the details you enter — such as your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, dates, number of guests and your message. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive what you send us there.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your request, arrange your stay or event, and contact you about it. We do not sell your information.
If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them later, we will update this policy and explain any choices available to you.
Maps
The map on our website is loaded from Google Maps only when you tap "Show map". Google may then set its own cookies.
Weather and reviews
Weather is requested by our server from MET Norway without sending your location. When available, Google reviews load only when you choose to show them. We do not store review content. Author photos then load directly from Google, which receives your connection information. Google links open its services under Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed for your request and stay, and as required by law.
